I would spend it on something money can't buy.

Twenty gets a small box of 8 instant coffee tubes, milk, 2 doz eggs, 3 loaves cheap white dollar bread, a jar of peanut butter, jam, oranges or apples, lettuce, mayo, a pack of tobacco and maybe a lottery ticket. Been there, good luck.
