According ro reports the hospital did not reprimand her and. Or was she going to be disciplined over the situation, so you're notion she would lose her job is false.

There was also no receptionists working at 05:30, around the time of the call which is why Jacintha took the call and passed it on to another nurse who gave out the information.

Guys, it is not usual to suicide for mistakenly passing a phone call through but my question is, could the DJ's be held accountable in some ways? I mean if she suicided or was murdered, it would be their fault for creating this outcome, could they not?
