Op, everyone's been where you are at. Sometimes when you can't tell the person or persons how bad they hurt you, its good to just share your experience with others so they can relate and support you.

people suck, there will always be people in this world that seek to hurt us. I am still trying to figure out what motivates people to do and say the cruel things they do. and when I look back at the times I've been hurt and feel hate towards them, it never makes sense. It becomes wasted energy to even engage in hating anyone. It serves no purpose for you.

hang in there, now that you acknowledge the hate you feel, you can move on to the next step, which is just quietly forgiving the person who hurt you and releasing them back into the universe. Forgiving is more for you, it frees you from feeling such a bad, stale emotion like hate.

you can do it, let go of the hate and find people/things/ideas to love and focus on.

Acknowledging hurt and pain is a good thing, so that you can work thru it. Otherwise you stay stuck in some sort of unrealistic love every moment kind of thing.
