We just had a big quake couple hours ago 5.8 and 25 km deep felt over half the country

This has become normal to the people of Japan, they haven't had solid, steady ground under their feet since March of last year. Their ground is constantly moving under their feet.
I think if they came here, they'd have to get used to walking on steady ground again, kind of like sailors, when they come into port.. gotta shake the sea legs.

There were about 12 aftershocks on Friday.
And 10 aftershocks today so far. Previously there was an average of 1 earth quake a day in the Miyagi sea area. Last week there was a 5.0 in Tokyo bay. Remember there was a 10+ earthquake in February 2011. Nothing like that so far in 2012. Knock on wood.

The Japan's 7.3 will have a reflection/mirror quake(of similar magnitude)somewhere in the coast of south America in the next 24 hours.

Yeah, it would have been a mass panic, stampede, and exodus of the fat and slovenly.

Lada D, don't get hung up on one word please, life is too precious to get hung up on a word and how others use it.

I'm keeping my eyes on the activity of the planet as I have since 2007, however, most definately a huge increase of activity in the last year, so I'm watching others and where they are saying something may happen.

I'd rather be aware than not.

I am 20 miles from the Moose Creek station at the Southwestern
corner of Yellowstone. One of my dogs acts up and I look to see what activity is going on.
