Before you come, you select the country, family, race and sex you will be born in.
If you are a male leaning entity and decide to be a female human or a female entity trying to be a male human to learn the lessons of those sexes. Most will operate ok in this life experience.
However. Some cannot hack the choice. The female in a male body may still be attracted to males or try to transgender back into a female or cross dress or seek a sex change. They cannot handle the switch.
Males in female bodies may have similar afflictions. Turning into tom-boys, dykes, or transgender or sex change.
This is the real problem.
