The Tokyo Electric Power Company found on Sunday that massive amounts of radioactive water had leaked from a desalination device. The foundation looks damaged in that picture. The piping blocks the view of the bottom of the wall directly under the SFP but you can see the rest of the bottom with what looks to be a long, wide horizontal crack just above the fill dirt.
