It is the exact same stuff used by doctors to prepare someone for a colonoscopy. Take a tablespoon and mix it with about 20 ounces of lemonade or any type of flavored drink as it taste very bad just mixed with water. In about an hour, you should start getting back to normal.:) i think we have a winner...cheapest best and quickest! |
