Wouldn't say state .. it would be elevation or distance from coastline ..


I have heard 2000+ elevation or 60 miles from coastline should be good .. minus nuclear disasters or cities rushing towns .. .. then basically .. we'd all be screwed .. I will bed in upper state VT by then :)
