It just seems like she turned up dead so soon after the prank phone call. If she was killed, then surely that means that the murderer was relatively close at hand the whole time & was given the order to do the deed. I don't believe it was suicide, because she would not have done it & ended up on the street close to the hospital. She would have either done it at home or gone far away. Plus even if she was distraught by her faux pas at the hospital, that in itself imo would not have been enough to drive her to suicide. She had a husband & children to live for.
More sleuthing needs to be done Sherlock.

MAY somehow be involved in this...It's a bit of a wild guess, but IF I am right, and this IS an attack by the British Monarchy's enemies, then THE WHOLE PRANK-PHONECALL MAY HAVE BEEN SET UP, TOO!!!!!!!
Maybe that explains what you said about "the murderer [hitman] being close-by the WHOLE time". This is how such a set-up would have been planned. Enemy Gets its killer in place—SOMEBODY tells the radio hosts to make a prank phonecall—nurse dies 24 hours later!
The next thing you know, the ENTIRE WORLD IS BLAMING THE BRITISH MONARCHY FOR HER DEATH!!!
