Yes, "Anonymous Coward" comment is correct.
Although, those particular fallen angels were not allowed back into heaven. They were thrown into Tartarus - a state of dense darkness, reserved for the day of judgement.
As for the other fallen angels/demons, yes, they were thrown out onto the earth following the war in heaven in 1914, and since are now dwelling here, as our friend has already said.
