I attend a messianic congregation when I attend church. We didn't have membership per say. Jews and Gentiles worshiping together. You just go if you believe the same things they do. Mine believed that Yeshua was the son of God. You attend on Saturday the true Sabbath and keep the Holy days. We have a great band and there is Jewish dancing that is really fun. Of course you have to support Israel. It's the closest to the original church, I believe.

They also believe that we are bound by the law of the ten commandments and we don't eat pork.

I am one, and of Jewish descent, but you do not have to be, all are welcome.

This is my experience as well. The two become one , Jew and gentile in Yeshua .
Agree this is very much like the early believing communities. No denominations. I love these congregations with their purity of teaching, music and dance.
