Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25306942 A real fox is killing my ducks and chickens for quite a while now. I live in NY state. Can I legally do something about it? Do I need to have a hunting license? What are my options? Choices.... 1) Call the Turtleman 2) Trap and remove yourself 3) 30.06 between the eyes. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25306942 If I use a not so safe trap what do I do once I catch them? Is it legal if theyre killing your animals? If you are using a "not so safe trap"....meaning one of these.... [link to 4.bp.blogspot.com] ...you are better off shooting it than causing that pain and harm to the animal. If you are going to use a trap....use a humane one. Like this.... [link to www.pederickengineering.com.au] ...and the final alternative is to shoot it outright. ...but make sure to hit the head so you can save the pelt and it feels nothing. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 4714791 If you have neighbors pee in a bottle in the house and then sprinkle it around. Is that really necessary or can I still pee outside? OP...you're welcome....and this pee thing is worth a try too first. Not a bad idea. Sometimes that can work with certain animals.....but you have to keep peeing in those areas to define "your territory". BTW...found some cheaper humane cages for ya. I doubt it will need prodding to leave. You'll be fine. Find a place away from other people if you can. |
