How do i get over insecurites and depression?

just own them and make peace with them, your earned them.

yup! stop worrying live in the present moment.
Take your insecurities on full blast in your mind, take note of them, accept them, and let them move on to annoy someone else ;)

Depression is a sign of not living your true purpose.

You can't once you accept that you can learn to live with it.

Don't expect any sympathy from here, believe me.

Weed .. lotsa weed ...

Stop caring what other people think of you and do what makes you happy (as long as it's not illegal and doesn't hurt anyone.)

Learn to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgement. Observation without getting involved will allow them to dissipate. This is difficult to do at first but with time your mind will learn to be still. From stillness you can rebuild your conceptions about self.

Don't fall into stress/depression.
It will kill you.
I know from experience.

Get gorked to the gills on antidepressants. Don't listen to the haters. It's the only thing that makes my life bearable.

religion instilled terror of judgement and eternal damnation are the usual culprits. once you see that religion is bullshit, reject it all with a passion, then all insecurity and depression disappears and you feel free and amazing in ways i can't describe.

Most lessons I've learned is, you will notice your mistakes, insecurities and problems before others. Sometimes we're our own worst enemy! Also some people are very understanding and it's all about finding those wonderful people to help lift you up. Of course loving yourself is the first step! I face the world and stay true to yourself!!!
