When i felt drawn to this woman from the first time I seen the 68 special . I have always remembered her and this part of the video. That's the only part i really remembered other then the tigerman song. Who Is she? I dont know , really maybe it was all actors and such ,because they had some dancing and stuff as well. Some of the people in the audience looked like kids as well.
