Second Powerball Winner finally comes forward!
...and it wasn't the guy in the video from Maryland.

It is a couple that lives in Fountain Hills AZ.

The winner opts the cash lump payment $192 mil before taxes out of concern of the approaching Fiscal Cliff.

They hired a legal team to advise them, which is why the long delay.

Get this, the winner had left the ticket on the dash of his car, in the sun the day before the drawing (they were lucky it didn't get sun faded!)

They are remaining anonymous, which is what already rich people usually do

He's gonna keep his job

no kids.

Either way, the News will file for an FOIA and release his name. Anonymity will not be an option and maybe then he'll quit (most likely his white collar) job.

There were two winners. This is HALF of $587.60 (after taxes).
