I would also include The Gettysburg Address. ...a new nation, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal... (anti-elitism)

I understood the artistic point of the BoR monument was to block out the sun except for the light coming through the text, every morning. But big monuments to critical foundational (or in the GA's case "historical") documents is an idea worth pursuing. We certainly waste money on far stupider projects...
