Ultra-photon sound beam vs truerife f117 or something else

Hello.
I am not intelligent about all this techno stuff on rife. I am looking for a machine that will help with many ailments. I am trying to keep my family healthy and with Obama care I am looking for ways to stay away from the death panel.

If anyone would be so kind as to tell me which machine to buy that will be the best for all kinds of aliments, not just lyme and cancer, I would be so greatful. A chiro I know uses the photon, and gb4000 and he likes the photon better, I have seen the f117 and am totally confused about it all. I just want something easy that does not need to be held, (young kids will not do as told sometimes) that will work.

I know there is a lot of information here and on the web, but I just want the true jist and not a sales pitch.
