You and your neighbors are all arguing about, say a land boundary.

The only reason this test is held is because they do not understand why their nukes don't work any more.

I guess that they're testing miniature-nuclear-bomb technology, a blending of conventional shaped charge with bomb grade nuclear materials.

We have the opportunity to make this the new wave of bomb technology that will bring smaller, more precise methods of nuclear murder, and possibly usher in an age of a more "popular" format of killing and nuclear pollution.

Actually, YES, yes that may be the best way. Historically, a strong show of force has shown to be a greater deterrent, than one of passive resistance.

Nuclear tests are never announced. I used to live in Vegas when it was all the rage. You never knew if it was an earthquake or a nuclear test when your house was rocking and rolling, chandeliers swinging.

You'd have to wait for the 6 oclock news to know for sure.

If we are worried about a nuclear accident, DO NOT BUILD THEM!!!
