I took this picture with my iphone today.. [ link to tinypic.com] My first thought was lens flare. The moon was out maybe you can see it in this picture, [ link to tinypic.com] The pictures were taken about 11am today UK time you may have to zoom in to see the moon above the white house. Perfect! And it looks just as it should. Thanks for clearing that up for us.
