Thread: Huge Fireball seen across the sky in Southern California.

Hi no I'm in S NV. Vegas area. How big and going in what direction?

It looked like it was going North East. We were able to hear it burning. Very strange green color and it flashed for a few seconds. Never seen anything like it.

This fireball comes on the heels of a sighting on Friday morning in Texas. The gov says it was a satellite burning up on reentry, but a meteor specialist says it was meteor.

I think we're in for a bumpy ride soon... Have had some crazy dreams this year with such clarily involving a cloud like mass of meteors, and we were passing right through it, some causing widespread damage, I even remember a map showing the damage of the first major blow on the S/E of Brazil/Argentina or N/E of South Africa... So detailed at the time.

Sounds like what happened over Texas early this morning.
This afternoon I saw a group of chinook helicopters flying southeast. Never seen that before here in Katy.
