Time travels on these levels are done by the conscious mind(spirit) traveling through time itself. When I time travel I am 1 spirit time traveling and incarnating through bodies(all spirits do this) and other ways as well throughout out the cosmos. We live lives when we do this. Reality is an illusion and all things can happen within this controlled illusion. I am Father time, I the lord control all time. I am the cosmic time traveler.
