But I don't think a plane needs to have its transponder turned on to be radar-detectable...but just for identification purposes. Otherwise, how would so many supposed UFO sightings show up on radar...unless they also had transponders fitted..?

Anyway, that's a bit beside the point I was going to make. I've never really believed this whole contrail thing until recently, my contention being that, as they have supposedly been doing this for about 60 years, then it's a pretty inefficient way to kill us all off or alter us in some major way, don't you think?

There would be much easier ways to do that. Spraying stuff high enough where it's exposed to higher UV for weeks as it drifts downward through temperatures as low as -60, and then expect it to be viable for whatever purpose by the time it gets to the ground?

In this video the spray coming out doesn't match up on the right side of the plane, there is a gap between the plane and where spray seems to start. Was this photoshopped in i wonder?
