NO they are not spraying blood what you see is the chemtrail and the sun set its reflecting off the trail the sun
you shouldn't spread rumors unless you have a 100% fact on the blood spraying
the only time I have heard of blood rian was in India

Actually, samples from the ground don't mean squat. What's overhead won't touch the ground for days or weeks, and probably hundreds or thousands of miles away.
