We owe the PI a debt of gratitude or more. Who knows what the PI would be like if it had received something on the order of what we give israel. |

The Philippines have been on the receiving end of contracts and aid for decades. Subic Bay Naval Station poured unheard of amounts into the economy, not to mention Clark NAS. |
