Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. (Jesus Christ is wise as a serpent and harmless as a Dove) And he exercises all the authority of the first beast (Adam was in control of earth before he fell, Jesus Christ had and has ALL THE ORIGINAL AUTHORITY THAT THE FIRST MAN HAD LOST) in his presence, (In the presence of all mankind Jesus showed us all the authority that belongs to the redeemed) and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, (Adam/ fallen mankind) whose deadly wound was healed. (Adams wound of sin was cleansed and forgiven on Calvary, sadly many Christians do not believe “IT IS FINISHED”) He performs great signs, (Jesus Christ heals, casts out demons, and forgives all sin) so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. (Jesus Christ sees Satan falling from Heaven to earth as lightning) And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, (Mankind on/EARTH)
telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image (The Cross the Tree Of Life) to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. (Adam was wounded by the “WORD” yet he lived again when Christ rose from the grave) (The IMAGE IS THE CROSS OF SALVATION..”THE TREE OF LIFE”) Remember, if Satan would have known he was destroying his kingdom of darkness he never would have Crucified The Lord Of Glory)

He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, (Fallen Mankind gave The Cross its power to Crucify Jesus Christ, we nailed God to a Tree and killed our Creator) that the image of the beast should both speak (Christ became sin for us, Whosoever will may come to the Cross and find eternal life) and cause as many as would not worship the image (Men were out for Blood and had no IDEA THAT THE OLD NATURE REFUSED TO RECEIVE SALVATION, AND WAS IN TURN CAST INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE) of the beast to be killed. (The Cross of Christ is our salvation,, There was not one human being on earth that would worship “CHRIST ON THE CROSS”, even His Father looked away from the sin He bore for us humans) He causes all, (Jesus Christ was very wise when He invited everything that was NOT of God to the feast of His Sacrifice…..in doing so Satan and all his wickedness was blotted out of Gods’ Book Of Life.) both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, (All FALLEN mankind for all eternity received the mark at Armageddon/ The CROSS)
to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell (No man, woman or childs redeemed soul can belong to this world… “ONLY THE OLD FALLEN THINGS BELONG TO THIS WORLD”) except one who has the mark (The Blood KILLS SIN ON CONTACT!) or the name of the beast, (Jesus Christ name cleansed, kills sin and destroys the fallen nature as far as E. is from the W!) or the number of his name. (GRACE IS AMAZING!)

“THE MARK OF CHRIST IS HIS BLOOD ON OUR /HIS MIND AND OUR/ HIS RIGHT HAND”

Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (He became sin, for us, He who knew no sin became “666” so we could be set free for all eternity) (THE FALLEN NATURE REFUSED TO WORSHIP CHRIST, Remember not ONE human with the fallen nature would worship The Son Of God on the Cross.
