I just have to say something to you. I've been reading your posts and I really appreciate the time you dedicate to them. I feel like a lump of lazy crud just waiting to get heart disease or cancer. I am sick and depressed all the time. No, I am not obese or anything... probably because I am still young. I just eat like crap and do not exercise. You have motivated me to try to get healthy again. Time to clense this body. Maybe I can even overcome the toxins forced into my environment. Thank you.   That's AWESOME! The body can heal itself. When toxicity is high the immune system focuses on toxin removal and is unable to cure the body of diabetes, cancer, arthritis, etc. it's busy dealing with the toxins. Eliminate the toxins in your body and give yourself proper nutrition (and that means organic) and you will never get sick and never spend a dime at the pharmacy.
