OP, I see you use a picture of the Nine branched Menorah Hanukkiyah instead of the traditional Seven, can you explain to the readers the difference? The nine branched is used to signify the single days worth of oil left over that burned 8 days and the Shamash lighting.

We are commanded in Scripture to keep the Holy Days that YHVH set forth they are His Holy Days or appointments with His people not "jewish" holidays. That being said, Chanukka is not a commanded moed of our Abba but is a day of celebration of an amazing victory over evil. Now, non Christian holidays?...Are all founded and based on pagan gods/goddesses. Do a search on Christmas and easter and read for yourself the origins of these so called Christian holidays which are never mentioned in Scripture nor hinted at in anyway. You may be amazed that all this time you feel you are honoring the Messiah when you are in essence slapping Him in the face with pagan tradition. God Himself spoke to Moshe and is recorded in Deut. "Do not accept the way of the pagans and worship Me as they do their gods, it is an abomination to Me". Paraphrased

Yes of course.I am familiar with origins of christianity.Religon has its roots ever since man came down from a tree.But religion is in evolution together with minds and spirits of human kind.I find todays religon much more developed in everything then when it used to be pagan or even when neandertals worshiped sculls and bones.Spirit of a man is evoluating through ages so is his perception of world,God and universe.

Man is not going up (evolving). He's created technology that he can't control. He's poisoning his nest. The highest race, Whites, seem intent on breeding itself out of existence. Man will go down either through sudden destruction or slower devolution.

I find many people here negative.Noone knows what future brings.Maybe you should try to be more positive about it.

I am a Christian who also celebrates Hannukah. I traced my genetic roots to a Jewish woman who lived in Russia in the 1700's. On my late 1st husbands side, his grandfather was a Polish Jew. So my kids have the heritage from both sides.
