One knows they have fallen all the way down the rabbit hole when they consider this explanation to be plausible. I cannot overcome my belief that this woman was a victim of something terrible at the hands of the royal family.

I'm starting to think that maybe the nurse wasn't originally meant to be sacrificed.

I mean, come on, the royal family probably owns entire warehouses full of 'disappeared' citizens that they keep as slaves and snacks. They could've just brought in a complete stranger that no one would've connected with Kate and the hospital.
