Figured might as well do it before it's too late, since I live very near the coast. I have my Niburu survival kit and a ton of other surivial gear and I'm about to get in my SUV and head for the Ozarks. Figured that will be he safest place to survive a NEO impact or near miss. I have a friend who had an area in some limestone caves staked out so I'll be joining him. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 10932501 God bless all of you God bless and God speed. Arkansas just had an earthquake, fyi... If nothing happens, hell, at least I can say I will have had a nice adventure. |

Nothing happens it was just a vacation. If anything does happen, though, we have enough dried/survival food for 12 people for six months, plenty of water, fuel, gas powered generaters, seeds, etc. I hope nothing happens but hey why not be prepared |

We added an extra 3 months to our normal 6 months of winters supplies so I know if something does happen we will be ready for it. You never know what may or may not happen at any time. Good luck and may God keep you safe. |

Best to do it when your brain is not in crisis mode. Kinda like what the oldtimers say: "Don't go to the grocery store on an empty stomach" |

Listen, if shit does slap the fan and there are survivors, remember to shout out GLP! before you drop the hammer on some poor sap. You know, kinda like WOLVERINES! ....then may the kindred spirits re-unite in the aftermath. Z Last Edited by zacksavage on 12/09/2012 11:26 AM It is not power that corrupts but fear. I'm typing this from my phone--amazingly getting reception. To the people who call me an idiot, well, there are quite a few idiots here with me who are also prepared for the worse. If nothing happens, I go home and continue life and consider this a vacation. I'm already bugged out in place. Warm & cozy. If something happens we are ready. If nothing happens, we are still fine and life can go on. No loss. But on the slim chance that something does happen...I will not have to watch my family die over a few days simply for the lack of a drink of water. I do not see the reason folks make fun of folks who looked ahead and prepared to take care of themselves in case of an emergency. Better safe than sorry. My guess is they are a bit too cowardly to make a stand. They think the government will take care of them. Maybe they are like the folks who laughed at Noah...and how did that work out buddy? Enjoy the adventure! Update the thread from time to time. Teresa Smith |

By telling a bunch of people on the internet where you are going to be doesn't that kind of defeat the point? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27979872 I kinda got the idea telling us is ok. It ain't exactly facebook. I do not think the government is going to follow him up to the boonies. They have their bunkers to think about. They don't give a damn about us. Say, any word on the Denver Airport folks? Teresa Smith |

In any event, we are now fully unpacked. Got a telescope out searching the stars...don't see any nibiru out there but the sky is beautiful. |
