Back in 2009 in Chicago we had a Chemtrail ops to sock us in with a fog, so your 'modified fog' idea isn't so far fetched. In 2009 they were using it for cover so the 10 million people couldn't see the terr interdiction joint ops going on above 'em. But as you know fog doesn't cover the sound of figher jet afterburners! :)

Still would like to know what base the fighters came from that day, so I can complete the thread.
