I understand the transplant thing, but the issue is where is the availability for healthcare for the rest of the US citizens? Most of America is underinsured, and few can afford the cost of actually paying for healthcare. Few employers can afford to pay it for their employees as well. I know alot of people who simply don't have insurance, can't afford to see a doctor, and rely on natural medicine, and self curing, because there is no alternative. When I hear about free healthcare being given out to non US citizen's I tend to cringe at the thought, because most of us don't have it that lucky, to be able to afford a doctor.
