They need in all countries to cut payment to pop out kids with anyone. If you go on welfare ( handouts saying you cannot make it in the real world at present ), they need to be capped right there. Most people collecting unemployment make more money sitting on their asses then going out and finding a $10-11/hr job. So where is the incentive. It pisses me off becuase I have been working low paying jobs my whole life and have never even considered collecting free money.

I have been on it for 9 months. I need that money to live on while I'm in school to retrain. I still have THREE TIERS left, which means thousands of dollars that I EARNED while working.

If you've been working, then you've earned it. It's yours.

On Kauai I know someone who has been on unemployment 66 weeks now. Every time it's about to run out he'll take a class, like how to wash a solar panel & it's reinstated. He has no interest in finding a job.
