| wabishkaeyabe User ID: 28671687 12/08/2012 10:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It is just an opinion, but a thoughtful one, that we live in an age where quick response is honored more widely than the slow consideration of a question. Business interests are lost too the slow of wit, but the slow grinding of the universe goes on uninterupted. Cognitive dissonance tends to follow where thought delves too deeply and is upsetting to endure, hence, easy answers and Occam's Razor tend to prevail. On the other hand, there are many reasons that could result in one being "slow" and, here too, an assumption could easily go awry. I like to think of myself as being considerate in favor of slow, but I have found mysef left in the dust in business affairs. Se la vie. |

| Hahahaha User ID: 28872856 12/08/2012 10:43 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Absolutely NOT! However, there is a MYTH that they are, and some halfwits play this up to their advantage. They lean back in their chairs, tugging on their beards as they try to appear "thoughtful" and "contemplative." I know one such tard. He is an obsessive-compulsive chess addict who suffered a nervous breakdown or has been brain damaged or something. He is also full of himself and thinks he is a "genius" and tells everyone his IQ is 160. Nothing could be further from the truth... He constantly tugs on his beard and talks very s-l-o-w-l-y. Contrast that with my Mensa member friend, who really does have an IQ of over 160. He talks lightning fast! His lips almost can't keep up with his brain. Most folks can't keep up with him. |
