EVERYBODY and his dog has a digital camera these days, even if it's only a basic one on a cell phone..
More people owning 'convenience' cameras = More people who don't understand sundogs and/or filter-flare are taking photos = More photos of sundogs/filter-flare being uploaded as 'second-suns'
