HEY! is anyone else having crazy anxiety? | |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 29130142 12/09/2012 09:49 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It's just unbelievable how many of these threads have been popping up during the last few days. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29130142 Yes, really many feel something's coming even nobody knows exactly what. I've been on my toes for many days now, unable to sleep and just watching and preparing the best I can. i havent seen any but i just wish i had money so i can get some things to start surviving i wanna go to the damn mountains. These threads tend to disappear quickly to the background - they're not that sexy in a glp way that they'd stay afloat. I'm also 100% broke so my preparing has been of very modest kind, most of it is intellectual/energetic/spiritual. I've just been going through different scenarios, trying to grasp a clear enough image of what kind of effects the upcoming events may have on societies and humanity as a whole. I'm so fortunate to live in the countryside already, although I don't have much anything here. It's a small community of people, very little chance of anyone going crazy if things go weird... |

| Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 1553813 12/10/2012 07:54 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28098900 Oddly enough i have been dragging ass during the day lately and it seems like at night my energy level picks up and i have worked jobs that start around 6-7 am in the morning for the last 25 yrs or so. So im pretty sure that its not an "i'm a night owl" thing Check your adrenal functions - classic case of low cortisol in the mornings = fatigued adrenals , can seem like the world is flashing by yet you're the only one in slow-mo. zone. Cortisol levels rise as the day goes on peaking early evening bringing about a sense of 'able to handle, tackle things'. Seriously...low cortisol and anxiety are linked. I was waking up with serious impending doom feelings that got me so bad i could not face the day....my adrenals were fucked!! interesting.. how do u fix it? The combination of stress and stimulants (alcohol, dope, opiates, sugar, caffeine etc) and comsumption of acid-forming foods (wheat, meat, fish, bread, grains, pasta, cheese, eggs, milk, chocolate, sugary-foods in general, all alcohol etc) will lead to a depletion of the glandular system in the body. The primary glands affected are pituitary, pineal, thyroid, adrenals, gonads. Hence why everyone is either super-zapped with stimulated energy - they're in 'hyper' gland mode - or they're knackered...fatigued, can't be bothered with anything...constantly tired, achy....they're in hypo-glandular states. You're very lucky to be balanced. Those first few cups of coffee in the morning really hit the adrenals hard - so they're depleted and so the addiction to coffee increases to get a bigger 'zap' of energy - thus hitting the adrenals even harder until fatigued state - until no amount of coffee gives a zap. The adrenals are done-in - caput! Weight gain and not being able to lose weight is a sign of adrenal fatigue - but it's also possible to be skinny and have depleted adrenals. The only way to start recovery from this state is to cut out stimulants first and foremost. No caffeine at all...alcohol...truly - they're demonic drinks in terms of health balance. I've achieved more balance eating alkaline foods. Loadsa veggies, fruit, some nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sprouted seeds. No dairy, no meat, no grains, no bread, no pasta....and i'm recovering due to increasing the body blood alkalinity state. Test yourself...get an adrenal function urine test kit online or some urine PH strips online...test your first morning pee...if it's 6.5 or lower you're acidic. Everyone is different and responds differently to changing to a more alkaline diet. More than likely if you hate it (like i did) and have all sorts of cravings (for carbs, sugar or fat) you're overly acidic and the cravings will be something to go through. You feel worse before feeling better. Like exercise - you have to feel the burn to grow muscle! Mostly though - rest and chill out - rest the body and mind...switch off from the madness of the internet and corporate world. Treat yourself well...drink plenty of good water...it's all the stuff we KNOW we should do but don't seem to get around to it until we're really debilitated by our own laziness to look after our body. Illness is a wake up call and a blessing. I've seriously suffered with illness but it's the one thing in life i don't regret experiencing because it's help me discover a path towards true health and thus a 'truer' me. Hope this helps. Next time you feel the urge to go for a few drinks with mates and party all night, stop, grab a lemon, squeeze it into a pint of water...and drink slowly, breathing deeply...and be thankful that it's one of the most powerful simple cures that's easy to do and helps heal you. sounds right cuz i was drinking everyday yesterday was the first day in years i havent drank im gonna try to keep going. but yea, that day was just a very wierd deep stomach feeling then it just started elevating |

I, too, feel that something big is coming. If you believe in God and Jesus, I suggest praying and reading the Bible. I have been hungry for it like I never have before and I've found it very comforting. The whole point of believing is you can give up your fears to God and Jesus, and you know you're protected and can trust that no matter what happens, you'll be OK. Praying for you, and hang in there. I think a lot of the astrophysical things happening are wreaking havoc with our nervous system and physical well being. It would be good to have God on your side to lessen all that you're carrying right now and relax. God bless! |

My whole body actually but I scratch my legs so it's a lot worse. I've always had above average confidence but lately I am extremely unsure about everything. I feel a huge disconnection with everybody and everything (except nature). I wake up with a real heavy head (almost like a hangover only, I don't drink) and it makes me very dizzy for the entire day. I don't know if this is normal (I am 53) as far as the age processing goes but it's messing me up big time. The other night I woke up in the middle of the night, petrified. I had a hard time going back to sleep because I was literally frightened. That has never happened before and I've lived alone 7 years now. I just wish this would stop. I want to feel like my old self again but I innately feel it's too late. There's no turning back. And if that's the case then.... I wish it would just hurry up. |

The shaking can be to do with trying to raise your vibration... your spiritual immunity kicking in to protect you just like your physical immunity. Most people's heart charkas are trying to expand this can cause physical anxiety. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28867210 attitude is everything... having an attitude of gratitude does wonders Sometimes this just doesn't do it, thank you though for your genuine suggestion. OP, I too have had a knack for anxious intuition. Moments of clarity much? yes dude much. after the anxiety for some reason i get very deep and rational thoughts that correlate with the situation or the collective overthought of my life in the moment? i cant really explain in words how it ties together but im sure you understand.. a couple of hours or maybe even a day afterwards i get the overview of it all. and its quite clear almost, but even so, its quite a serious and subconsciously thought out experience. that i really couldnt say its a "normal" kind of anxiety... |
