I wouldn't put it past Russians to have a really, really dead pan delivery when making jokes. Then again, it's safe to assume that he is one of the people who would be in the know concerning the existence of aliens. This is a tricky one.

Damn it people you def don`t understand russian humor. If he didn`t smile or act like a clown it doesn`t mean that he revealed some top secret information!
