Re: CONVERGING TECHNOLOGIES FOR IMPROVING HUMAN PERFORMANCE
I hate to break it to you, but it's already here. I wish there were some brave integrable patriots in the highest echelons of governance, military, ivory tower academia, banking, and international corporations who would infiltrate the highest ranks, gather evidences of these conspiracies and crimes against the State, and against the people.

I pray for the higher ups because I know they have been deceived by the 'adversaries'. Everything that is hidden will come to the light of day, and judgement will be greater for these mighty ones who have abused their power and betrayed the trust of the people they should be seeking to serve.

1Hear, therefore, kings, and understand;a

learn, you magistrates* of the earth’s expanse!

2Give ear, you who have power over multitudes

and lord it over throngs of peoples!

3Because authority was given you by the Lord

and sovereignty by the Most High,

who shall probe your works and scrutinize your counsels!b

4Because, though you were ministers of his kingdom, you did not judge rightly,

and did not keep the law,*

nor walk according to the will of God,

5Terribly and swiftly he shall come against you,

because severe judgment awaits the exalted—

6For the lowly may be pardoned out of mercyc

but the mighty shall be mightily put to the test.

7For the Ruler of all shows no partiality,

nor does he fear greatness,d

Because he himself made the great as well as the small,

and provides for all alike;

Transhumanisim for those who seek perfect hedonism. Transhumists are truly blinded by science and good intentions.

- Ancient attempts to understand and control the mind were based on religious superstition rather than science. For example, ancient Egyptian technology wasted much energy trying to achieve immortality with mummification (there are more than 1 million mummies believed to be underground in Egypt). While Christianity has historically helped science and technology to advance, it is now may actually be blocking our progress to understand the mind. In this respect, he suggested that monotheistic religions (and the regions in which they dominate the socio-political landscape) may prove to be at a comparative disadvantage in the coming years.

From what i'm getting at, it seems that through radio wave experimentation, aggressive episodes can be induced electronically.

Re: CONVERGING TECHNOLOGIES FOR IMPROVING HUMAN PERFORMANCE
I am of the opinion that we are not nearly spiritually or ethically evolved enough as a collective to be even considering the implementation of such technologies. Yet that is the tragic and enduring blunder of science and government, they press forward to answer the question can we, yet seldom pause to ask the question should we. And then when it is implemented it ends up abused...

I need to do more research but I am pretty sure they can evoke certain emotional states using scalar frequencies. They can project brain states using wireless technologies...By projecting at 120 hz for example, it might evoke a dream like state,, which may be why new hdtv's operate at this frequency...

Re: CONVERGING TECHNOLOGIES FOR IMPROVING HUMAN PERFORMANCE
Rapid advances in convergent technologies have
the potential to enhance both human performance
and the nation’s productivity. Examples of payoffs
will include improving work efficiency and learning,
enhancing individual sensory and cognitive capabilities,
revolutionary changes in healthcare, improving
both individual and group efficiency, highly effective
communication techniques including brain to
brain interaction, perfecting human–machine interfaces,
enhancing human capabilities for defense
purposes, reaching sustainable development using
converging technologies tools, and ameliorating the
physical and cognitive decline that is common to the
aging mind.

sustainable development as a catchphrase for Agenda 21...scary because they are backed by certain Occult forces, which I can also prove...Why is the UN working with the Occult anyway?

Oops, this was supposed to be for another thread:
Thread: The Technocratic Hivemind, Noosphere, RMN, Synthetic Telepathy etc (Page 2)

Which also fits in to the merging of technologies and biology. The whole, transhumanist/illuminati/immortalization agenda. It's really scary if you ask me. The elite are on the edge so a forced evolution is in order.

Re: CONVERGING TECHNOLOGIES FOR IMPROVING HUMAN PERFORMANCE
I've had nightmares of this kind of technology too.

Human trials and the latter in underground research facilities.

In one dream, I was actually presented with the ''Satan Suit''. Half metal, half human. And another variation that looked like a half human, half crab like creature. (I remember the mechanical sounds it made as it walked around)

It was some scary shit.

Wow, I remember that game and intro from when I was like 11 years old. I memorized the words to it back then and can even recite it right now as I watch it, meaning a whole different thing this time around.

In another dream in the past, I spoke with aliens on a ship in earth's orbit about the classes that I was majoring in and whether it would be possible to transfer consciousness.

Since you referenced a game, I will too. Doesn't help that video games have been a part of the programming as well.

A progression through time to an eventual end where you ask yourself if the means justify it.

The end of this game leads with Globalization, Robotics, Satellites, Stealth, Advanced Ballistics (Rockets and Missiles), Particle Physics (LHC), Nuclear Fusion, Nanotechnology towards Future Tech, Where there are cybernetics and the unknown.

What, did they run out of ideas or something?

However, the end possible product could be that of something beautiful, positive, wondrous, and simply phenomenal.

I mean think about it, the capabilities in that area of r&d are unlimited but the problem is that there are always two sides of the coin with this sort of thing. Knowing man's track record, I agree, we shouldn't be at this point just yet.

Although, so many other little things need refining and fixing but with all the overall close-mindedness and division between everyone, the elite won't care about that. It's possible that they sped themselves up at our collective expense in order to further their Agenda.

Reminds me of the cognition between telling someone that they're a beast, so they'll eventually become it. That, or the 100 Monkeys or Infinite monkey theorem where it's all about evolution. With all the programming, it seems the next step will be forced due to our diminution as a society currently.
