No Sir. This is simply the first step to exploring our solar system. The tricky part about space exploration is the initial rocket launch. That's where the majority of fuel and power is used and where the most can go wrong. By eliminating a ground based launch and instead building and launching the next generation of ships from a massive, Death Star sized space station will allow us to explore other means powering ships.
