The reason i'm so tired all the time is because all i drink is beer and coffee so i'm always dehydrated. so how come a person would feel fine by night time? What has changed? Well im drunk by then so that's my answer but in all honesty i have no clue. Even before i started drinking i was a night hawk. I think its due to less stress and the feeling of comfort knowing you made it thru another day. "What you perceive to be becomes your reality." ![]() dapurps |

"vitamins"? Try a "New York"-er steak: singed on the outside cold on the inside . . . when i was a wee child my mother gave me little, meat balls . . . raw . . . You may only have to do this once a week. Your body will tell you how to do it, and how often. Listen to your body; itis talking to you all the time, hoping you will listen just once. |

If you snore loudly, a very good chance you have it. It drains you during the night because of loss of oxygen, and of course sound sleep. Yes...the doctor is in, that will be 5 cents please. |

Try this detoxification method: - 2 glasses of distilled water before sleep - 2 glasses of distilled water upon waking up Its important it needs to be distilled so its totally pure and doesnt fatigue your filtering organs but rather drain the filth out so you can have a cleaner blood and hence a clearer mind. I can garantee you will see a difference and feel better! |

I asked my doctor about it and he said "That's just your internal clock" There's nothing wrong with it.. We just hate getting up early in the morning.. Most M.D.s are woefully ignorant about hypoadrenia/adrenal fatigue. Our production of melatonin is supposed to be in sync with the sun on a 24-hour cycle. "Night owls" have had their clocks reset, and this is harmful not only to the adrenals but the entire endocrine system. Type II diabetes is usually next. (Thyroid levels should be checked as well.) I see that a few others have chimed in about adrenal fatigue as well. Ignore us at your own risk. |
