your bedroom is infested with mold (fungus).

Do you have any leather in your bedroom?- mold.

Leak somewhere? Mold.

Nasty, dirty, old carpets?- mold.

Old tree at your bedroom window?- mold.

You need to more out of your bedroom.

Get more ventilation (fresh, clean air) into your entire house.

Re: Why do I feel tired when I wake up, and really good at night time?
The number one cause of fatigue is of course dehydration.

Also causes headaches, pain, sleepiness, kidney problems, heart strain, etc etc etc.

Coffee does not hydrate you. Neither does juice, soda, or tea. Only water can properly hydrate your body.

If your blood has the consistency of ketchup then you're bound to have all sorts of problems.

Yep you're 100% right. The reason i'm so tired all the time is because all i drink is beer and coffee so i'm always dehydrated.

so how come a person would feel fine by night time? What has changed?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29286560

Well im drunk by then so that's my answer but in all honesty i have no clue. Even before i started drinking i was a night hawk.

I think its due to less stress and the feeling of comfort knowing you made it thru another day.

I have no trouble working, just a slow starter.

Feel great the later the day goes, and even the longer the week goes on.

Don't know man. I can wake up and spring out of bed. Maybe it's your diet? Maybe it's the type of coffee you drink? Do you drink soda? I bet you do.

"vitamins"?1rof1

Try a "New York"-er steak: singed on the outside cold on the inside . . . when i was a wee child my mother gave me little, meat balls . . . raw . . .

You may only have to do this once a week. Your body will tell you how to do it, and how often. Listen to your body; itis talking to you all the time, hoping you will listen just once.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned sleep apnea. If you snore loudly, a very good chance you have it. It drains you during the night because of loss of oxygen, and of course sound sleep.

Yes...the doctor is in, that will be 5 cents please.

I have the same problem, it is caused by an intoxicated body...

Try this detoxification method:
- 2 glasses of distilled water before sleep
- 2 glasses of distilled water upon waking up

Its important it needs to be distilled so its totally pure and doesnt fatigue your filtering organs but rather drain the filth out so you can have a cleaner blood and hence a clearer mind.

I can garantee you will see a difference and feel better!

Most M.D.s are woefully ignorant about hypoadrenia/adrenal fatigue.

Our production of melatonin is supposed to be in sync with the sun on a 24-hour cycle. "Night owls" have had their clocks reset, and this is harmful not only to the adrenals but the entire endocrine system. Type II diabetes is usually next. (Thyroid levels should be checked as well.)

I see that a few others have chimed in about adrenal fatigue as well. Ignore us at your own risk.

Just don't eat after 6p.m.
If you eat not long before going to bed, your body will fight with food all night without a chance to rest - that's why you feel weak at morning.

That could be it too.

I feel hungry, but deep down I have a feeling I should not be eating.

Will try that first.
