You need to cut out caffeine, get plenty of sleep, get on a DAYTIME schedule (don't go to bed later than 11 PM), avoid sugar and allergenic foods, and exercise every day (preferably in the morning). If your blood has the consistency of ketchup then you're bound to have all sorts of problems. |

My job is the toughest in the world, so I do 8 hours of fitness everyday. Sounds about right, but why do I feel better as the week goes on (ie the more days I work, the better I feel)? |

Maybe it's actually killing me. my doc suggested a sleep study, could be apnea. Sleep maybe 2-3 hrs a night I try to go to bed early but wake up every hour. usually take a piss or smoke a cig or just sit there in bed Was awesome when my pup was very little cuz he always had to pee at night and I was usually up but now it pisses him off that I keep him awake.
