Why do I feel tired when I wake up, and really good at night time?
I have no trouble working, just a slow starter.

Feel great the later the day goes, and even the longer the week goes on.

Uh...

"Why do I feel tired when I wake up?"

Maybe because you just woke up...?

And good at night time, because you are more relaxed?

I mean seriously these questions on this website are just baffling.

If they are baffling, why do you attempt to answer them?

Obviously you are not qualified, or have the intelligence, so why not give questions you cannot comprehend a wide berth?

I'm the same way. I finally "wake up" and feel like I can function late at night. During the day I feel on the verge of a nap all day long.

That is a symptom of hypoadrenia, which is very common nowadays.

You need to cut out caffeine, get plenty of sleep, get on a DAYTIME schedule (don't go to bed later than 11 PM), avoid sugar and allergenic foods, and exercise every day (preferably in the morning).

This site has tons of good info: [link to www.adrenalfatigue.org.]

If you don't correct it, you will wind up with type II diabetes.

1st - technical reason ("blue"-light = daylight):

The wavelength of your LED backlight (between 450 and 460 nanometer).

In our eyes are melanopsin receptors. These cells are equipped with the light-sensitive pigment melanopsin. When light hits the blue band on these receptors, signals are routed directly to the brain, which in turn release hormones to suppress the activation of melatonin.

2nd - DNA related:
One of your distant forefathers was a night hunter.chuckle

The 2nd point is my problem, with or without computer screen I'm in top shape the whole night.

The number one cause of fatigue is of course dehydration.

Also causes headaches, pain, sleepiness, kidney problems, heart strain, etc etc etc.

Coffee does not hydrate you. Neither does juice, soda, or tea. Only water can properly hydrate your body.

If your blood has the consistency of ketchup then you're bound to have all sorts of problems.

your bedroom is infested with mold (fungus).

Do you have any leather in your bedroom?- mold.

Leak somewhere? Mold.

Nasty, dirty, old carpets?- mold.

Old tree at your bedroom window?- mold.

You need to more out of your bedroom.

Get more ventilation (fresh, clean air) into your entire house.

Yep you're 100% right. The reason i'm so tired all the time is because all i drink is beer and coffee so i'm always dehydrated.

I am 42, drink 2-3 pepsis a day, and a bit of sugary foods.

My job is the toughest in the world, so I do 8 hours of fitness everyday.

Sounds about right, but why do I feel better as the week goes on (ie the more days I work, the better I feel)?

Re: Why do I feel tired when I wake up, and really good at night time?
it may be dehydration with me. Ashamed of it but drink Mtn Dew all day trying to stay awake. Maybe it's actually killing me.

my doc suggested a sleep study, could be apnea. Sleep maybe 2-3 hrs a night

I try to go to bed early but wake up every hour.

usually take a piss or smoke a cig or just sit there in bed

Was awesome when my pup was very little cuz he always had to pee at night and I was usually up but now it pisses him off that I keep him awake.

Here he is wondering why he smells peanut butter...
p butter
