How to be less self centered?

Most of your postings are wrote with a very low intellect but it's brief and to the point. This is a thread about being less self centered and here you keep talking about yourself and bragging about your family. Try asking about my family or anyone else's family on this board do you really care about any of us that much to do so?

It was written by a founder of AA, Bill W, but the stories come from individuals who have been helped over the years by the program. You don't have to be an alcoholic to benefit from the wisdom of the program. As I said, any irresistible urge to do something you can't resist (sex/porn, shopping, yelling/raging, eating, smoking, dating compulsively, cleaning, enforcing rules, working, you name it) this book can be applied to. When we do something compulsively, it is coming from some kind of fear, which is a sign of an absence of faith. The book is mystical if you ask me, considering it and the program have allowed the worst of the worst cases to recover when no other program on earth offered them any hope.

Take facts as insult's. I am self centered and that is why i made this thread. I do not want to be this way anymore so i thought i would get glp input on this subject and i am sure there are others struggling with this also. It's the holidays and someone people are going to get and not give and i have been one of these people. I need some good advice not some raciest baiting troll derailing my thread about killing millions in genocide. You sir are a fucking idiot.
