I was in a psych ward for a week and the staff were okay, except one of the kitchen staff was a drug dealer. Some of the male patients followed me around but I wasn't that doped up and yelled at them or snobbed them off.

Japan deserves the wrath of God! There was a lot of sleeping going around with the patients but they weren't medicated and didn't know what they were doing.

Then the stories of staff actually raping, or "having sex", with the extremely medicated females with nice bodies, not so much my bag either. I would assume, short of umerikuh, it would be the closest to hell a person could get.
