Behind the house I lived in as a child was the woods we named "The crash field". Beyond that field was an airport. I have always looked up at airplanes.
There is a difference between a contrail(I have seen them all of my life) and a chemtrail (I have seen them since the 90's).
Has the US every dispersed chemical agents on its own population? Yes. They have admitted it. Do they still do it? Yes.

Sun came up this morning in Cantral Utah and what did I see? NORMAL freaking clouds, you know, the ones you can imagine shapes in other than hotdogs or blankets. LOL
