Good luck with the flea market, thought about doing that recently, and used to a while back ago, sold antiques and collectibles <> anything else i could come up with, one year made wreaths, all natural, sold about every one of those things, one i didn't sale, hung up on the fireplace,light a pretty candle, go in the kitchen, next thing i know, wreath was blazing inferno of fire engulfing the whole wall.

I had a really nice table/display, but it is a NEW product, and almost everything that sells is old, traditional, whatever. There wasn't anyone under 15 years old for the first three hours, almost everyone was at least 60. But you're right, doing something different, getting out a bit, into Spokane, on the interstate, seeing how big the world is, compared to my little area that I only need a bike to transit.

Exactly. Worst nightmare. Still go again tomorrow, going to bring music, there's a plug in right next to my stand area, it was SO dull with NO music for HOURS today. Going through all my clutter/stuff is always a good thing, this is forcing me to do it. Plus, made a ton of new pendants, there were new colors for the clay that really gave me a boost, was tired of the same old...

All it will take is one popular kid to wear my stuff to school, so I can wait out the dull hours and profitless work.

What happened? Why did you stop driving seven years ago?

Try a different one..And mark the prices up a little in order to come down on them.. everyone likes to believe they're getting a bargain, it's a mental thing.

I had it at $14 per day, nearly brand new car. That's only $5,000 per year, or a little over $400 per month, including insurance and taxes. It was a bargain. Don't advise the New Age Messiah.

the poster you quoted was referring to the flea market, not the car. try a different flea market. they were also talking about whatever items you're trying to sell, not the car. mark up the prices on your products, then when people haggle with you, you have room to give them a "deal," while still getting the amount of money that you desire.

plus, there are always people who won't haggle and will just pay the price listed.

Yeah, I misread what he wrote. Flea markets all suck, though. And I don't mess with people's heads, in any event, no matter what. Too much of that going on.

Was not talking about the car...was talking about flea markets in general and people selling their stuff..But that's fine, Seems you liked getting a discount also, made the over all experience better because you got 20 dollars off the total price of renting the car. Not advising, only commenting.

I will definitely be enlightened by 12/21/12, any day/minute now. What happens then is a mystery, but I have been SO handicapped, outside of time, in a black hole...

Once I come into the now and can let the information flow smoothly... Just that will open all the doors and get the new thing rolling. Plus, there's my court case that is still alive, it could go my way here shortly and THAT could break into the news, or they could f* me over once again, so nothing to really anticipate there, better to expect nothing, that's what they have done so far.

Otherwise, my product is obviously a billion dollar deal. There are tons of different ways it could get going. the one way that seems to be barred, though, is anyone actually helping me, anticipating something good might happen or should happen. People are pretty much hamsters on their individual wheels, no wonder we are rolling off the cliff.
