If you want to read something that will chill you to the bone, then read The Ultimate Evil by Maury Terry. In it, he explains that a Satanic cult was ultimately responsible for the Son of Sam killings, and that the "snuff film" industry was real and sold those films to run operations. Both were linked to Satanism.

Wow, I though it was some kind of urban legend, I heard about the subject in the 90's, before 8MM makes the first appearence in the movies, I didn't know it was real.

There is another movie, called "Tesis", which is spanish, and is about snuff films, also. I'll try to watch it.
