I live in a remote area...

Druggies... thieves... evil fucks... sometimes like to target remote areas...

But I have guns and many of them...

Just as a reminder for any dick head who may be watching in the dark of the night...

At random times I shoot my guns "into the air"

(at pre designated targets embedded in a hillside... so I dont accidentally shoot an innocent person smoking a cigarette on their porch 2 miles away with a stray bullet)

this "wild" shooting lets my neighbors know... don't fuck with him... he's crazy...

even though they live half a mile away... i don't want them to forget...

we all get along in this area... but the stories and gossip spreads... no one has fucked with me... because of said gossip... i'll appear a little crazy to em for a lil security...

if someone was brave enough... and actually tried to come in on me... to hurt myself or my family..

I would blow them the fuck away...

thats why we need guns...

Our govt is AUTHORIZED by the people of the United States.

That only holds true if we have guns.

As soon as we don't have guns, then we are no longer an authority and cannot authorize shit.

I used to race boats in SF Bay. It's REALLY windy there. Normally it would be too much wind to fly the spinnaker.

Sorry OP, but your argument has no merit. No guns might be fine if the only things that criminals and Government had were crossbows or rocks. But they have guns, so the law abiding populace have guns to equal the playing field and keep the wanna be hitlers at bay.

By the constitution we would have a navy, but no professional standing army or air force. And btw, I just looked up the definition to the word "regulate" and I believe they meant it to mean that the right to bear arms is the regulation. I.E. The writers say the militia is created by not infringing on the right of the citizens to own harware and practice with it.

Because crossbows and rocks suck... A big bore marlin lever action is much cooler.
