Um, if you use proper 3d programs you can see the asteroid come only as close as between Earth and Venus. Actually it will be crossing directly in the middle of both planets orbits.

It will only be visible to the southern hemisphere, naked eye at night.

0% chance of impact.

I haven't checked any 3D programs, but it was reported that this asteroid is expected to pass between the earth and our satellites....the closest approach since they've been tracking them.

I really wonder if this asteroid has companion asteroids held closely by this rock. Also, I wonder if some sort of orbiting space junk causes some fragmentation of the asteroid and causes it to rain fragments down on the earth.

Dam this thing is way bigger than forty five meters size, it almost looks the size of the moon in some of the vids, im thinking it will miss but i think they are bullshitting about the size im uneasy if it is that big the gravity wave will cause huge problems

still, it will be the closest asteroid ever to approach earth to date!
