I'm from Wi. ELF was shut down over 10 years ago. Checked this out years ago, only study done, proved the pine trees grew faster in ELF zone.

ELF also effects animals, weather, tectonics, sea conditions, etc... Did you read the article on how ELF works in salt water?
How do you think they sunk the Russian Submarine Kursk? They focused it with the HAARP array on the torpedo dept on the nose of the sub and sunk the sub in 300 foot of water.
