I think my friend is getting into drugs, what should I do?
One of my closest friends whom I have known for years shocked me the other night. He invited me along to a gathering of some of his friends (who I knew nothing about at the time, oh if only I had known!), so reluctantly (I don't like meeting new people) I went with him.

Everyone was chatting and drinking (except for me, I don't drink because I know how it turns people into violent criminals) and things were going okay, even though these people were a bit 'hippy' (they said words like 'man' and 'chilled'). But then things took a horrifying turn for the worse.

Someone pulled out a long, cone shaped cigarette, and began to share it with people in the gathering. I just thought they were sharing a home rolled cigarette, but I had no idea that it was a MARIJUANA CIGARETTE!!!!! I started to realise that something was very wrong when my friends behavior began to change though. He began to laugh at things that I didn't think were funny, his eyes looked like they were bleeding, and he talked slower and began to imitate them, saying 'man' and 'chilled' (brainwashing effects of the drug).

As soon as I realised what had happened, I left immediately, fearing for my life that someone would go psychotic on the drugs they were taking and threaten me with violence so I would also smoke the marijuana cigarette.

I haven't spoken to my friend since, and have thought about talking to his parents about it, but I'm starting to feel inclined to report the incident to the police. Sometimes you have to learn the hard way, and my friend needs to realise that what he did is against the law.

Re: I think my friend is getting into drugs, what should I do?
A landmark study published last Thursday in the Australian Journal of Science, Medicine, and Arachnology, proves once and for all, that OP is indeed a phaggot. The results of the six month long study, while having only been released a few days ago, have already gained widespread acceptance among the scientific community. According to researchers, the study went into great depths and utilized a wide variety of research methods. "We did everything from genetic analysis, to behavioral analysis, to even interviewing the OP's family and friends. All of our collected data points to the same conclusion. That OP is a phaggot." said Professor Big Cockenstein. "In one particular experiment, we sneaked into the OP's home and replaced the hotdogs in his fridge with dildos. Upon returning home, OP proceeded to put the dildos between his buns. And I don't mean hotdog buns."

Even though the study has been proclaimed by the scientific community to be one of the greatest studies of the 21st century, not all members of the public have a positive opinion of it. One man which we interviewed yesterday, said the following: "Why are these kunts wasting money to study something like this? Everyone already knew the answer. You might as well have a study to prove that the sky is blue and that the grass is green." Others were much more happy to see the study completed. "I'm a psychology major and have been following the study for the last 2 months, waiting for the results to be published. I am really happy to see the research back up my own personal observations regarding the OP."

However, no matter what one's opinion of the study may be, one thing is for certain.

The OP is a phaggot. In the words of Professor Big Cockenstein: "It is scientific fact."

Don't go behind your friends back looking for help. Anything that you are thinking or feeling should be expressed to your friend, face-to-face, in a non-judgemental sort of way.

Don't become a dictator. You can't tell somebody else how to live their life just because you don't agree with what they are doing. If you truly are this person's friend, then no matter what, you must be willing to accept your friends choices, and just be there for your friend.

I know a lot of drug addicted, responsible people, with jobs, with kids, with no problems whatsoever, and if I were to go behind their back and try to stop them from using drugs, I would only be creating problems for them.

So, relax.....things could be a lot worse.

Take the weed, reduce it down until you get hash oil, about one thousand times more potent than weed.

Then inject it into your buddy's arm. Inject it yourself, too.

Sorry, I'm just laughing too hard to continue...

OP you need to call the police immediately. This sort of thing is ruining our country. Laws are laws for good reason, and its about time some of these so called "stoners" learned that they need to do a hard days work and not question their betters. Marijuana is a dangerous drug that causes violence and insanity in its users and you were lucky you got out of there without being hurt.

Thinking about it, there probably isn't time to call the police. You may have to take action yourself. I recommend going to Bunnings and buying an axe and a few jerry cans.
