I do my thing and you do your thing. I am not in this world to live up to your expectations, And you are not in this world to live up to mine. You are you, and I am I, and if by chance we find each other, it's beautiful. If not, it can't be helped. |

Quoting: sssss Everything worth while was removed along time ago. +1 the nature of reality including higher planes can be understood if you use your own thinking and discernment. religious concepts make a mockery out of what is really out there. on the other hand there is now enough info that if you really want to understand you can use with discernment and you'll figure it out eventually. the 'god' you refer to in your question is at best a projection of collective fear and other low vibration states. |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 300884 12/09/2012 01:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The one thing that i really don't get. If there is a god, and he has given us free will to either worship him or live separate from him. why then should we be punished for all eternity if we think, with our free will that god is not acceptable or fit to be in charge, or we don't agree with the way he runs things? Why give something free will but punish them if they don't obey you. it would be like giving your dog the power to speak and think for itself, and then have it choose not to be with you after being given this power. Sure you would be hurt but if you really loved that dog you would not condemn it to everlasting torture. the whole thing doesn't sound like something a loving god would do. Anyone who is a parent, would not condemn their child to eternal punishment for disobeying you. You would punish, but not forever. And let's assume for a moment that child of yours is pure evil, in everything he/she does. if you had the power, would you not use it to rehabilitate and remove the evil from that child? One may argue then, that rehabilitation using power would be taking away someones free will, but wouldnt you rather do that, then let someone suffer forever? If anything, if god wanted as to worship him, it's his fault for giving us free will. Quoting: phatkontroller Start thinking outside the Christian box dude. |
